About the event
The Historical and Genealogical Society invites all members and the community to join us for an event featuring Hilary Hauck and her book, From Ashes to Song on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 6:30 PM. Both music and coal mining of the early 1900’s are part of the story which centers around an Italian family living during that time period in Ernest, PA. Special thanks to Dr. Harrison Wick, IUP, Hilary Hauck, Susan Datsko, and Herb Gleditsch for their contributions to this program.
