The Northern Appalachian Folk Festival, Inc. and the Historical and Genealogical Society kick off the 2024 Summer Concerts in the Park season for a Memorial Day celebration featuring the Community Youth Choir and the 46th Pennsylvania Regiment Band!

The Community Youth Choir, under the direction of Quintina Thomas, will perform a repertoire of fun, upbeat tunes beginning at 3pm.

The 46th Pennsylvania Regiment Band is a Civil War reenactment unit that performs a catalogue of waltzes, marches, camp songs, and polkas on authentic instruments from the mid-19th Century.  Their set will begin at 3:30 p.m.

In the event of inclement weather, the concert will move into the Museum next door to Memorial Park.
