Join us as our museum comes to life with figures from the beginnings of Indiana County.

Time & Location

Aug 14, 2026, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

The Armory, 621 Wayne Ave, Indiana, PA 15701, USA

About the event

Sticking with the theme of early American history, the Historical Society proudly presents a Wax Museum, where guests will be able to meet and interact with figures from Indiana County’s early days.  While Indiana County was not officially formed until 1803, there were settlers here prior to that date.  Learn about what life was like for these historical figures and the trials they faced settling and living in the wilderness of Western Pennsylvania.

This event is free and open to the public. While we appreciate RSVPs for this event, it is not required and guests are welcome anytime between 6:00 and 8:00, however, if you want to visit all historical figures, we recommend beginning at 6:00 p.m. to see them all.
